[Updated] Crysis 3 Patch 1.3 adds support for Eyefinity and HD3D

The third patch for Crysis 3 is alive! The new patch 1.3 fixes a bunch of issues and adds support for AMD Eyefinity and HD3D.

To download the 33.7 MB patch, just open your Origin client and the update should start automatically.

There is another patch with 26.6 MB to address some issues found on previous patch released a few days ago.

To address some performance issues that arose with the release of Patch 1.3, a small update has been released. Please update your game by downloading when prompted, or by right-clicking on the Crysis 3 icon and selecting “Check for Update” in Origin.

Cool AMD Gaming Evolved video – 2012 to 2013 extended cut

A few days ago, AMD published a cool video showing their interaction through 2012-2013 with their partner studios that are part of AMD Gaming Evolved program.

The mix shows scenes from several games like Dishonored, DmC Devil May Cry, Crysis 3, Bioshock Infinite, Tomb Raider, Medal of Honor: Warfighter, Far Cry 3, Hitman: Absolution among other recent titles. Hit the play button to watch the 2m 23s video in Youtube.

Catalyst 13.2 BETA 7 tweaked for Crysis 3 patch

AMD just released a new beta driver. The new Catalyst 13.2 BETA 7 includes fixes for an intermittent hang when CrossFire is used in Crysis 3 after its first patch.

A tweet from @AMDRadeon says BETA 7 is the recommended driver for upcoming Tomb Raider: Survivor Reborn, an AMD Gaming Evolved title.

Catalyst 13.2 BETA 7 contains all previous fixes and performance improvements found on earlier versions of Catalyst 13.2 drivers. A separate CAP is not needed.
